About This Directory & How It Works:

Our research shows that there are currently more than 75 institutions in 29 states that clearly state on their websites that they offer 100 percent online associate degree and certificate programs, whereby you do not have to set foot on a physical campus for the duration of your studies toward earning a degree or certificate.

The vast majority of these institutions are public non-profits that don't usually show up in the top pages of search engine results.

This directory, however, provides direct links to every 100 percent online associate degree and certificate program we could find, listed under state, institution and discipline. It includes some of the least expensive and most academically sound programs offered by institutions located across the United States.

Unlike many online degree directories on the Internet, we do not accept what's known in the industry as pay-per-lead forms, whereby a prospective student fills out a form online from a limited choice of "featured institutions." Instead, we strongly suggest that you search through this directory for the programs that interest you, starting with those that are located closest to you geographically, then click on the direct links to their websites, review what they offer, and contact that institution(s) directly to obtain more information and/or counseling from an academic advisor. This is the best way for you to control the search process and ultimately for you to wind up making a wise and personal  decision about where to continue your education.
