CENTSS offers a number of options for licensing its audit tool. Currently non WCET-member institutions can license the
use of the tool for $150 per service. A 33 percent savings is offered if an institution licenses all 20 services, for a total cost of $1,995. Institutions located in Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) states, can license the tool at a reduced cost of $112.50 per service, with a full 20-service package costing $1,496.25. WCET-member institutions can license the tool for $75 per service and $997.50 for all 20 services. To secure a license, institutions set up an account with a primary contact and select a preferred start and end time for the audit (30 days duration is recommended). The institutions determine which and how many staff members it wants to participate. When the license expires with the end date, the primary contact receives an email message within 24 hours with a link to its confidential report(s). Additionally, institutions, for a price that is based on scope of project, can also enter into a contract for a special audit, which includes objective recommendations and website annotations from a CENTSS-expert.
