Writer, Editor and Publisher of Educational Pathways (EdPath)
EdPath is a quarterly online paid-subscription newsletter, published by Lorenzo Associates, Inc., that reports on the globalization of education, information literacy, online teaching and learning, education technology, and more (http://www.edpath.com). All articles in EdPath are written in a journalistic style based on interviews with higher-education leaders, from educational technologists, faculty members and program directors to university presidents, provosts and deans and department directors and chairs.

Researcher, Writer and Editor for Blackboard, Inc.
Provide research, writing, editing and consulting services for special reports, including "
Building the 21st Century Campus: A Leadership Survey of the Challenges Facing North American Higher Education, " and "Building the 21st Century II: A Leadership Survey of the Challenges Facing Australian Universities." Also provided research, writing, editing and consulting services for a globalization in higher education theme/project, titled "Unlocking the Global Education Imperative," for both internal and external Blackboard presentations and reports.

Researcher, Writer for the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI) and the

Provide research and writing services for white paper production. Recently wrote a chapter for an ECAR special study on the future of Information Technology Governance (ITG) that included interviewing leading CIOs from major universities in the U.S. and Australia (in press).
